(2) Visual method: If the oil is milky white and turbid during the use of the hydraulic cylinder, it means that the oil contains a lot of water.
The second is the identification of the impurity content of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder of the cutting machine:
(1) Identification of heating: The hydraulic oil with a lower viscosity can be directly placed in a clean, dry test tube and then heated to heat up. If it is found that the oil in the test tube is precipitated or suspended, it means that the oil already contains metal powder.
(2) Filter paper identification: For high viscosity hydraulic oil, it can be diluted with pure gasoline and then filtered with clean filter paper. If a large amount of metal powder is found on the filter paper, it means that the hydraulic components have been severely worn.
(3) Sensory identification: There is obvious metal particle suspension in the oil used in the hydraulic cylinder. When the finger is kneaded, the small particles can be felt. Under the illumination, if there is a flash point, it means the hydraulic component. It has been severely worn; if there is a large amount of metal chips deposited on the bottom of the tank, it means that the main oil pump or motor has been seriously worn.
(4) Sound identification: If the hydraulic cylinder has intermittent, loud noise and vibration during the operation of the hydraulic cylinder, and the main oil pump will make a “beep” sound, there may even be a phenomenon of “crawling” of the piston rod. At this time, to observe the liquid level of the fuel tank, the outlet of the oil pipe or the transparent liquid level gauge, a large amount of foam will be found. If this is the case, then the hydraulic fluid has been immersed in a large amount of air.
In order to stabilize the hydraulic cutting machine, it is necessary to replace the hydraulic oil to maintain the best condition.
Judging the quality of hydraulic cutting machine
First, the appearance
In addition to the chassis, the exterior will basically spray color, according to customer needs. Look at the appearance not only look at the surface layer, but also look inside, such as: cylinder, chassis, workbench; four-column platen. In particular, you need to touch the upper platen by hand to check the difference between the new machine and the old machine.
Second, the sound
The sound can not only identify the quality of the cutting machine, but also confirm whether it is a new machine. Under normal circumstances, there is no possibility of noise in the new machine. Even if it is used for more than 10 years, it will be rare. Only when the motor energy is exhausted will it produce an abnormal noise. If the sand noise is emitted, it will prove that the machine has a problem.
Third, electrical control box
The electrical control box of the cutting machine generally does not need a key, and can be opened at hand to check whether the circuit inside the chassis is normal or neat, and whether the material is normal can be seen at a glance.
